What are Heart Carts?

An innovative program designed to provide relief to our vulnerable homeless population throughout the Kansas City Metro by providing a solution to the unmet need for short-term storage for the houseless in our community.​

Who is eligible?

 

Homeless individuals, referred by partners who:

• Are from decommissioned camps

• Have emergency situations such as domestic violence, assault, etc.

• Weather specific situations

• Or other situations leading to positive outcomes like employment, upcoming housing, school, etc.
